Ringdove case is a case of not following orders of supervisors, even it is a bad supervisor. No matter what reason, not following orders of supervisor will get ringdove fired legally.

She has a case of sexual harassment. It is a life threatening case. She need to report to HR right way, and seek protection. If the company won't help, resign from the job right way. For a big company, laywer will help her to suit the compnay without front fee. For little company, just resign fromthe job. Her life is more important than the job.
