Bay area's economy looks good. In this case, make sure do salary negotiation to get what you want.
-- Tell them what number will make you happy, $85K, $90K;
-- Bonus;
-- Sign-in bonus;
-- stock options

-- It is not easy for company to hire experienced engineer, so you have the power to talk.
