I kind of feel that the candidate for this position maybe need to work for Evonca (?), see how many questions she asked and how important she is in Trump's eyes during the whole season? I think Stephenie just luckily fits this role as a person who always works very well in the backstage and picks the right cooperator, they don't need someone too aggressive like James, plus he is a male and Asia, even he is very creative... Trump can't find any better excuse other than saying that some dialogue bothered him.

Even James is very creative,clear minded in marketing, I am still feeling he lost something in his personality as a great leader-he sometime appeared to be too ambitious and let me feel he wants to be Trump's butt kisser.
