I was there for 6 year. As a Chinese, I didn't think I was aggressive at all. It was OK after I moved to tax compliance group. I was really suffered when I was in tax consulting and worked with bunch of lawyers. People had to fight for work and everyone was so political.

Now, I work in a bank. I found myself too much aggressive comparing with my co-workers. Before my peer or my boss even read the client's emails, I got the work done already. That was how I was trained in big 4. My client likes me a lot but my boss may think I am too proactive. I don't think my subordinates like me either because I push them too much and I don't understand why take them so long to do one single task.
I have changed my job 3 times in 2 year and I found myself hard to fit into a corporate enviornment.
