In my company, when assign project to me, there is band requirement. I am band 9 (band 10 is the highest) most assignments is for band 8 and under (so client can pay lower rate). For project manager, client always willing to pay for band 9.My boss also give me a license for Microsoft project (this software use to only give to PM), because he has hard time to find project for me and I think he want me to take some project manager responsibility.
