Now, I also have similar worry-about.

I am a new employee (just one month) of a big engineering company. However, since I started my employment, I indeed have not done any thing in the company. I want to do sth., but it seems there is no work to do; however, other people in my group are busy. I asked my boss many times for work to do, but my boss just let me wrote a proposal for a small project. That is it.

I really worry about this situation. I want to find another job. But how to say that what I am doing in this company?
