2-3 hours commute is due to the traffic thou, not the distance. To move for one job is a lot of hassle.
$30k is a good raise but not like 50% more.
Because it's government contract, no work from home policy accepted.
Maybe i should just keep my job, then i become very lazy like now. Show up at noon... Not sure after a couple of years whether i am able to work.
