回复：It's the same everywhere

Thanks. I work in a indurstry that experience and technical background are basic to be a manager.I got the job because I am a CPA from big 4 with serveral years experience. However, I found out I had never dealed with politics in my past career life and this is not the strength as a foreigner.Probably my level was not higher enough to see it yet. People grow up in a large corporation are more political than people in accounting firms (except partners). It is hard to deal with upper level and it is also hard to manage people too. I was out sick for 2 weeks. When I returned to office, I found out nothing was done in this 2 weeks! My boss is doing nothing and people work for me are doing nothing too! I just feel so exhausted to be like a sandwich.
