But it's been half year. Do you think it is too long to get another candidate back?
I am afraid that I will be in same situation as the fired guy as well. It might be too hard to satisfy the hiring company, as they have the trend to let prople go after they made wrong hiring decision. As far as I know, in big company, hiring manager would keep the wrong hires and try to train them instead of letting them go.
