请教面试时薪水谈判问题

我硕士刚刚毕业，马上进入一个公司的最后一轮面试。第一次被问到对薪金的要求是在电话面试中。 因当时时间仓促给的是一般的薪金要求。后来又考虑了一下，也上网查了下公司所在地的生活水平确实比较高。在后来的面试中虽然稍微提高了一下我的要求，但是因为怕失去这次机会，说实话提出也不到很理想的程度。不过公司好像对此很满意。因为我很珍惜这次面试，所以想请教各位大侠，我怎样在最后的谈判中在不改变最初的工资水平的前提下(不想留下反复无常的印象)，又能在别的方面向公司争取更多的福利呢？
