which major is suitable for a mid age female to take

I am aroud 40 years old , work in university for 5 years in biochemistry area in usa, femal with kids ,master in china 10 years ago , want to back to school to learn sth which is easy to find a job ,who knows which major should I take , just want fast and easy to find a job area ,but not nurse .
