有一个绝好的创意，怎样告诉公司，才能得到最大的好处?

各位大侠，

如果你想好了一个绝好的商业创意，可以为公司带来相当的好处，比如10%的incremental revenue。 可是，这个创意一说出口就会成为公司的了，你本人就不重要了。不管有没有你本人参与，公司都会采纳这个创意把生意做大。也就是说，你可能一点好处都没有，因为跟你的本分工作无关。

这种创意无法申请专利。如果不说出去，本人也无法一个人开发出来，这个创意也只能等死腹中。

如果碰到这种情况，怎么办?
