The part-time MBAs (About 10)that I know in my company (Fortune 500). 2 white boys switched to the Finance Department from engineering after finishing the 1st year part-time MBA. 1 Indian switched to Finance from IT after finishing the 2nd year MBA. 2 Chinese, 1 Indian switched to Logistics/Procurement from engineering after getting their MBA. 1 Chinese switched to Project Management from Programmer. 2 Chinese and 1 Indian failed to change career after getting their MBA and stick to coding so far.
