良药苦口: you have low IQ, EQ, CQ

First, your behavior is reckless.

Secondly, you are stupid for three reasons:

(a) It should not take you three years to know that you are ripped off. (Low IQ)

All CEOs are ripping off average workers by giving themselves the salary several hundreds times of an average worker. All the people in higher echelon of food chain are ripping off people beneath them. Large companies are ripping off Indian outsourcing companies. In turn, Indian outsourcing companies are ripping off poor workers like you. You should know it from day one that you are being ripped off.

(b) You are stupid enough to become angry when you realize that you are ripped off and you even become angry enough to do a stupid thing like cheating on time sheet. (Low EQ)

This is the world of dog-eating-dog. If you do not want to be ripped off, then you have to climb up to the top of food chain. Otherwise, your best option is to find a place that rips you off the least.

(c) You are stupid enough not to realize you can be easily caught if you cheat on your time sheet. (Low CQ - Low Cheating Quotient)

Most upper echelon people who are ripping off the lower echelon folks like you are doing it legally, under protection of layers of layers of lawyers. They would never do any thing that can put them in compromising position like one you are in right now, especially for such small amount of reward.

Thirdly, SKY IS NOT FALLING for you. Even your company fires you, it is not the end of your world, or the end of your world in North America. If you are not convicted for falsifying your time sheet record (I think it is highly unlikely that you will be legally prosecuted) or for any related misconduct, you probably can find another job to continue your existence of being ripped off.
