About my job

Is there any one quit job just because doesn't like it or feel too hard to handle it?

I have been an windows programmerin an institute for almost 2 years. And recently, I begin to feel harder and harder to handle my job (around by all the young peoples, slow thinking, unefficient code, etc). It looks like to me, the only enjoy from my job is the salary. I'm not sure if I need to working 12 hours a day to catch up and improve this situation, or I just need to quit my job to find a new career. If any sister and brother has the same situation, could you share your thinking with me ?
