You are OK. Thinking the Ph.D in life science. The paid for Ph.D in computer science is much and much better than biology or chemistry. The career for Ph.D in biology or life science is tough. Many biology Ph.Ds are doing their 2nd and 3rd posdoc job with presure to publish garbage data.
