I see. Mine is more on consulting side, not on software engineering side. I had several people from diff. dept. interviewed me, so all of the areas are pretty much covered: understanding of the program, behavior questons, eg, what didn't you like in your previous job? How did you deal with that situation? example of your work such as reports you developed, certificate? etc. They will do reference checking deeply - they ask a lot of questions.
