I have no idea about Bay area. My HB is a BS too in CS, He usual

works from 10am-7pm, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. on special events like kids birthday or I need him he can always come home early.

We are in middlewest and he is paid around 7w+, with 2yrs+ exprience.

I think ur HB deserves around 10w in middlewest,so around 15w in bay area
