I am in processing of negotiate the salary.
Priviously in a email the director of the Contract company said that the client indicated a 41/hour for this position. I replied said that i can accept it and willing to sign the contract. but quickly she replied back said she made a mistake by looking at the wrong salary table and this position is only 36 or 37/hour. I am a little bit angry about this. I know part of it is my careless: I accept it too quickly and willingly.
The questions is Can I still insist on the previous rating which is 41/hour.
It is obviously an excuse of her saying she made a mistake by looking at the wrong base table. As she already indicated that the Client willingly to pay 41/hour. Have anyone of you met such a situation? thank you in advance.
Progress on the salary negotiation
