I do not mean to declare a statement of Discrimination agaist the firm. If you are an experienced staff, you would know that coping with any employer will never end up with favourable result. If I really decide to move on in my career, I will put it in action now.

Unfortunately my direct boss likes me a lot. He knew I was sad when I returned from HR meeting. He bought me a coffee after that, and this morning he brought in some sweet for me, too. He Trust in me. I learned a lot from day to day business. This could be one of the reasons (also I am working on my designation now) I am still here, otherwise I will start to look around.

All I feel is I am underpaid, but overly used. There is no fairness in this world... if human still is a permanent resident of the Globe.
