我能去和老板谈工资吗？谢谢各位的看法

我这份工作已经做了三年多了，我不是明星雇员，因为我老板喜欢喜欢social的人，虽然他自己也很内向，但是目前我是组里的唯一劳动力。 我们本来有四个人为老板工作，其中两个半跳槽了 - 一个同事有一半时间为另一个组工作，不过他完全过去是早晚的事儿，他现在也不是很在意我们这边。

组里新招了一个人，还没上班，但是因为也是老外要办h-1b, 所以她的工资赫然贴在布告栏里，比我目前还多2万块。

我们两个相同级别，她的经验和我三年多前进这个组的时候差不多。我们的工作没有太多的技术含量，但是非常琐碎，而且很多tricks. 她来的前几个月得天天跟着我学。

问题是：我要现在去跟老板谈我的工资吗？我们调薪是在年初，要是等到那个时候，我都快把新人培训好了，恐怕就没有什么negotiation power了。
