急问 security clearance

请问各位大哥大姐，我是加拿大的，我现在遇到一个麻烦，我上学的时候在一家工厂做partime的数据管理工作由于走神，没有按照公司要求作数据备份，使工厂的物流受到严重损失，我也因此被fire了。现在毕业申请政府工作，要求作security clearance，填这个表格的时候我可以不写这段经历吗？不写，他们回去查吗？因为也没发现这个表格要写sin卡的信息。 请求各位告诉我。谢谢！！！！！！！！！！！！！1
