experience vs certificate

请问各位大大,我在一家小公司里做了半年的System Administrator/DBA, 如果我想再找一份同样的工作,但公司和薪水更好一点,需要再考一个MCSA/MCSE/MCDBA的证书吗?
证书和经验哪个更重要呢?
