I did get the offer letter. then i called HR to negotiate, because they never ask my oponion before they sent the offer. They also did not tell me that the offer is non-negotiable. Instead the HR manager told me I can read the writen offer and then call her to discuss.

All I can think of at this point is that they could not offer me what I wanted and I would not accept the offer with the current condition. That's why they revoke the offer. But they could also tell me to take it or leave it.
