most interviews are like that

- Limo: you don't a driver license or the airport is very far away from their office. Otherwise they will rent a car for you to pick at the airport.

- you're a highly ranked candidate, 60%+ they'll hire you, such interview is a detailed verification of your background, and to see if you, the team and managers are feeling well with each other

- 9:30am ~ 4:00pm is basic, the person who has the lunch with you is your hiring manager. They may send a schedule to you in advance, at least 5 rounds of talks with different people. If the first one is not HR person, then he/she must be a technical or business leader or an experienced employee, mostly in the hiring team or its sister team

- this should be a well-paid position. And the company is doing well in the business.

- Be confident, and Be Yourself, Be flexible

- you can feel they will go ahead with your offer or not, at the end of the interview.

- You'll get this offer at a chance of 80%.Just get prepared.

- Good Lucks. You have nothing to lose.
