There are two results:

1. The company think you are very important, and know that you can make great contribution to the company! You are lucky that you will one of king person of the company

2. The company need you help urgently and maybe you will be fire after they use a perion of time (my friend was fired later since that company think my friend is not worth to get that high pay position.

You situation looks like positively!
