Why did I fail so many interviews?

Hi,
I am so frustrated now. I have failed 8 on-site in recent 4 months.
Can some one tell me what may be the reason? Most of the positions are
ASIC Verification Engineer. I am MS EE + 2.5 years.
Can some one tell me what is the key point to win such positions?
