请教aloevera和lionhill 几个问题：

一，在国内用人民币交易纳指相关QDII基金/ETF，到底有多少交易费用？和我们直接交易美股纳指相比，年损耗百分之多少(除却各种费用以前的gross capital gain 比较）？

二，如果香港开户，用美元直接交易美股，听说银行要质押2万美元在账户上，是硬性要求吗？或是可选择交monthly maintenance fee?或是要求购买保险产品？

三，香港开户的和国内QDII交易美股的Capital gain tax rate各多少？
