我的年终总结

今年早些时候出售了公司后，我开始认真学习如何投资。我的多元化投资组合包括：

  1. 主要的股票投资账户由他人管理，今年以来的表现略优于SPY。
  2. 新母公司股票的大额持仓（private stock)，roll over equity - 作为出售价格的一部分。
  3. 大头寸市政债券持仓，产生免税收入，<4% return, 因此拉低了今年的整体收益率。
  4. 自营股票账户，胡乱操作了大半年，涉及TNA、SOXL、QQQ、IWM以及一些个股，总共盈利了两粒米—收益与直接投资指数基金差不多。
  5. 另类投资包括私人贷款基金、私募股权基金, 以及风险投资基金.
  6. 住房、出租房和商业地产 - 均无抵押贷款——回头看，这样的决策显得不太明智。

我可能有些过于保守了。但我会继续调整不同资产类型的分配比例，希望通过这样的投资组合，实现长期的财富增长和有效的风险管理。
