这个月开始每个月领2030美元社安金，合人民币14500。

 

在地级市某三线城市，有一套不太值钱但位置不错的160平米住房，离这个城市最好的医院走路去只要20分钟，打车不到10分钟，8块钱。附近有最好的饭店，最好的养生馆

 

所住小区就在景观河边，到最大最热闹的有各种休闲活动的休闲公园走路不到10分钟。

 

在社安金不考虑交税的情况下：

伙食费：3000, 100/天包括偶尔下小馆子

茶酒费：3000, 100/天二两老酒两杯茶

杂用费：3000, 100/天物业费水电气网络

健保费：4000, 400/次两人各10次养生保健

医疗费：1500, 各种体检和小病开销

 

合计月度消费14500块钱人民币=2030美元

 

福太每月900美元社安金X12月=1万美元=7万人民币用于国内一个月旅游开销。

 

至于医保方面

 

美国政府权威机构发布，平均每个65岁退休的美国人退休后需要自付医疗费用25万美元。用这25万美元购买30年期收益率4%的美国国债，自己保险自己。一旦需要用这笔25万美元加每年1万美元收益时，大概值200万人民币。在医疗费用便宜低廉的国内医院看病如果需要200万人民币的话那个病看不看实际上都已经无所谓了。

 

一米的资产扣除预存的25万自保医疗保险后剩下的75万购买分红派息率为5%-6%的股票得年度分红4-5万美元作为国际旅行开销。本金75万作为在国内最后3-5年入住养老院费用。
