请大家帮忙选房客

房租$1500/月。2 bed / 1 bath. 现有两组候选人：

(1) 女，刚离婚，正在卖自己的房子。35岁，pharmaceutical sales, 每月毛收入$12，500。去年才转到现公司，在前一家公司做了十年。想租此房过渡一年，大概要重新买一个小点儿的房子

(2) 两个男生 roommates，25岁，大学毕业两年，加起来月入$10，500。 现任房东说他们是 model tenants.  两个人一直一起租房，基本上每年换地方。

我想选1， 可是1 大概只会住一年。2 也尚可，也有可能只住一年，也有一点可能会住长一点儿。
