The husband and wife do further agree that neither shall incur any debts or obligations to 

the extent that the other party would be liable for the payment of the same and that the husband 

and wife, shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any debts or obligations of any 

nature whatsoever hereinafter incurred by the other party.
