Meta大震荡！亚历山大王离职

Meta首席AI官亚历山大王确认下周三离职，公司即将正式官宣，这波人事变动直接牵出Meta内部的大洗牌

据悉核心原因是和CTO理念严重不合，公司新成立的AI工程部门直接向CTO汇报，还把王管理的MSL超级智能实验室资源全接手，妥妥被架空的节奏！

更惨的是Meta 寄予厚望的avacado大模型研发遇瓶颈，发布又双叒叕延迟，内部几百个从谷歌、OpenAI挖来的顶尖工程师都束手无策，不少人已经萌生离职想法

这边高管离职、模型难产，那边内部改革也卷到飞起：e3/e4/e5全面冻结招聘，大规模启动manager转IC，M1/M2要么转岗要么每月交代码，一线经理直接要带20个下属，打工人的日子太难了！

只能说硅谷的AI赛道卷到离谱，前有LeCun离职，现有亚历山大王出走。
