如果工作时间很短，有没有必要放在employment history 里面？

一些工作时间很短，几个月，也没有特别的值得提起的地方，可否在 Employment history 省略掉？还是一定要说全面？

雇主会不会去查？是否能够查出来？查出来会有什么影响？
