英国学生一年只能申请五所大学，并且牛津剑桥只能选一个。美国如果模仿，藤校录取率可以大幅提高。

譬如规定只能申请五所大学，大藤里只能挑一家，MIT和Caltech只能挑一家 ...

我在牛津待过短时间，觉得英国这制度不错。
