第一，什么是readout. 如果他们是functional readout 就比什么gene expression 更可靠
第二 training set 有多大，才能建立clust, 还是unsupervised?
第三， 如果是phenotypic end point,有多少parameter , index dent parameter 可以classify.

据我所知，还没人能claim what they claim. 有很多gene expression level的分析， 但是functional readout doesn't pan out.
其实据我所知，就是fragile x, 都不敢这么说， 因为ISP induced neuron has quite a bit of variability.
不知Detail. 就不知怎么样。
