我想向 lilip &知人知面请教一下 autism方面的问题

 

你们了解 用 ips 细胞 建neuron disorder modeling 方面吗？

Harvard informatics core facility 有个博士后， 他们搞了一个软件， 可以很好的分开cluster 正常人 和autism病人的脑组织。

也能cluster 由 ips分化的正常的neuron & autism neuron. 似乎是一个很好的platform 作为的autism drug-screening & diangnostics.

我不太懂 IPS-neuron disorder modeling 这块， 可靠么？
他想commercialze这个， 要我评估一下
