that you, and many Chinese, have such low expectation for the Chinese government officials.

You talk like you know this 刘志军 and you know the 1 billion Chinese in person, and you are qualified to make the judgment call to claim this 刘志军 is good and the rest are  not good. Who you think you are exactly?

What is the credential of 刘志军, what has he accomplished other than finding father-in-laws?
