“由有关地方人民政府责令改正”。 也就是强行流产 ??!!!! WTH was that kind of BS?

Since when law and even enforcement measure can be intepreted randomly ? 直接把孕妇与她全家枪杀了，算不算“改正”？我看算，他们全家一辈子都永远不可能违法计划生育法。

By the same logic, 违反交通规则，也“由有关地方人民政府责令改正”，是不是可以直接把违反者弄残废了，以后永远不能违反？我猜想，你如果是被改正方的话，大概不会欢呼雀跃“合法”改正你。
