说人国内和国外对人的不尊重

中国的老板对人的不尊重是很肤浅的体现在表面上，而老外的对人不尊重是埋在骨子里。

可能对他自己国家的人是尊重，对非白色人种就不见的了。这么多年的经验我感觉他们的尊重的前提是因为需要你，因为你能为他创造价值。如果你对他没有利用价值的话，不知道对你还有没有表面的尊重。

中国现在的职场还是买方市场，等到有一天劳力短缺，老板们也会尊重人了
