You do not need worry about the authors' order for
the publication. In chinese HEP community, the order
is also 按字母顺序排列. However, the recommendation
letter from your boss is very important.

It's getting much more difficult to get an associate
professor position in good institute/Uni. Regarding
your record, you are lucky enough!!!
