Thank you very much. Well, I certainly know I cannot be a great scientist in my life----only can be a sort of excellent one, unless I can work as hard as my boss. My personality tells me that I like easy life and besides my academic work, I can also do sth. else which are of interest to me.

My problem is that I am sick of instable life now (also some family problem). Under this situation, my interest on my job is losing everyday.

As long as I choose to go back, communication between colleagues almost becomes impossible. But that's not crucial: I can find all papers online and I won't be a great scientist anyway.
