1. Given the same financial reward, you do not need to take that responsibility in the US. That is, in the US, you get more reward for less work.

2. It is not true that "You will never be able to do this in US".

You are still thinking about your "人上人" satisfaction. You should know that you are just taking satisfaction at the cost of other Chinese.
