这坛子有IT Outsourcing中国的朋友吗？能交流一下体会吗？

想回国创业又怕掉入陷阱。想想还是先放个软件开发项目回国探路。按每小时30刀给钱。在长三角地区找了个软件公司。三月过去了，总觉得不对劲。逐渐感到后悔了。两大问题：
1.沟通困难：不知是否故意。任何要求他们都说yes。可是说一套，做是另一套。每天两小时国际长途，把老农累坏了。
2.谎报军情：明明有问题也不报告。自己在那里闭门瞎搞三个月。直到交不了货挨了骂，还死不认错。说是软件在他的平台运行好好的。老农无奈，只得remote login他们的电脑。
