对海外各类人才的状况估计: 尖子人才不超过1000人 -

我觉得很多东西不能衡量是否人才，
只有一样是公平的，大家把工资单拿出来作为证明，
按下面的标准分类：
以下为基本年薪

20万美元以上为尖子人才
15到20万为准尖子人才
10到15万为人才
10万以下根本就不能自称为人才。
