请教有TICKET经验的朋友,我在高速超速得了TICKET,

又寄来了罚单,我的同事告诉我,先不交,为了不便于警察上庭,可以换法庭和申请延期,如果警察不能到庭就可免于罚款了,是这样吗?你们有什么好的经验?这次要罚$250啊.
