打开AC时貌似radiator的风扇suppose to run

It is a normal condition, when the A/C is turned on, the radiator fan will engage in order to low the pressure ( temperature ) in the condenser, since the vehicle is not getting any wind through it while driving. The fan needs to engage if you want to have cold A/C while parked.
