有Recall,去丰田检查，Torque converter

Camry

• 78,000 miles

Torque converter not good in this car. Vehicle makes vibration between 40-50mph but if I let go off the accelerator it goes away instantly. Changed brakes changes cv axles. Transmission is the issue car is only 78K miles 2013 Camry le. I believe a recall might be needed? thanks

Toyota recalled my 2013 Toyota Camry for a torque converter that is causing a shudder in the car when driving between 5-50mph that they are claiming is expired. Big safety issue!!!

The contact owns a 2013 Toyota Camry. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH, the vehicle started to shudder and jerk while the vehicle accelerating at speeds of 45 MPH or above. The contact took the vehicle to a local dealer who diagnosed the failure as torque converter shudder. The contact was informed that the torque converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 109,555.
