你的基础还真有趣。 the sill plate 是2x6, not 2x4. 所以，2x4的割掉一点，在2x6中间

加anchor就可以了。空间应该会大得多吧。我2x4再加固到2x6上。cripple wall 有也要加 shear wall 加固。
