新手求助: 丰田camry 无法启动(更新)

按照网友的建议, 今天链接OBDII, 结果显示引擎错误码P1604.  同时车辆显示器显示充电系统有问题(见下图), 随后电表测量出电池电压是12.5V.

现在打算先按照P1604 查, 这个方向是否正确?
